Disposal of Freehold Property

Electronic Data Processing PLC has today announced that it has exchanged contracts to dispose of its freehold office in Warrington to Mambo Property Ltd. The consideration for the freehold is £1.6 million cash. Costs associated with the disposal are estimated to be £30,000. The net sale proceeds will be added to existing cash resources. The property had a net book value of £1,082,000 at 31 March 2008. The Company will lease back a part of the property at an annual rent of approximately £24,000.
