Directorate change

Baydonhill (AIM: BHL), one of the UK's leading foreign exchange specialists, announces that Ian Collins has stepped down as Finance Director of the Company with immediate effect in order to pursue other interests. Mr Collins will remain as an employee of the Company for a short time to assist Sarah Collis, who will assume the role of Finance Director on an interim basis. Sarah Collis, who has until now been a Non-executive Director of Baydonhill, also acts as Finance Director for the Company's ultimate principal shareholder, Ekwienox Limited.

Mr. Collins has been Finance Director of the Company for the past four years. The Board wish to offer Mr. Collins their sincerest thanks for his assistance during this period.
