Treasury Shares

 

New Star Absolute Return Fund PCC Limited (the'Company') announces that on 1 August 2008, 800,000 Income Shares and 704,000 Growth Shares previously held in treasury have been cancelled with immediate effect.

The new issued Share capital as a result of the cancellations is set out below.

All shares carry equal voting rights. Following the cancellation of treasury shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 17,736,355.
