Interim Results

Lees Foods plc announces that its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2008, will be released on Monday 29 September 2008. 

Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that the Company's issued share capital comprises the following:

2,404,751 ordinary shares of 100p with voting rights.

Lees does not hold any shares in treasury.

Lees does not have any other class of share which has voting rights.

Consequently Lees' total number of voting rights is 2,404,751 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Lees, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
