Directors' Dealing
Target announces that Dr Nissim Levy, Managing Director, today purchased 125,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 7.75 pence. Following this purchase Dr Levy holds 13,698,233 ordinary shares representing 11.18% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue.
The Company also announces that Mr Yair Ziv, Finance Director, today purchased 125,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 7.75 pence. Following this purchase Mr Ziv holds 6,205,000 ordinary shares, representing 5.06% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue.
The Company also announces that Mr Paul Samson, Non-executive Director, today purchased 125,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 7.75 pence. Following this purchase Mr Samson holds 125,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.10% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue.
