FTS - Formula Telecom Solutions Ltd. (LSE: FTS), a global provider of business control, billing and CRM solutions for communications service providers, has today been informed that Mr. Eli Shushan, a Non-Executive Director of FTS, purchased 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.12 GBP per share on 25 July 2008. Mr. Shushan now holds 1,879,001 ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.75 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
