AIM ADMISSION

Further to yesterday's announcement regarding the passing of the resolutions at the AGM and the amendment to the nominal value of the ordinary shares, the Company confirms that application has been made for the 74,416,547 ordinary shares of 1p each, being issued in substitution for the 74,416,547 shares of 10p each, to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on 30 July 2008.
