Directors' Dealing

The Company was informed on 25 July 2008 that John O'Shea acquired 39,902 ordinary shares in the Company and Colm Saunders acquired 34,360 ordinary shares in the Company on 25 July 2008. The shares were acquired at an average price of 26.63 cents per share. These shares will be held for three years by the zamano Share Participation Plan.

As a result of the transaction, John O'Shea's beneficial holding in the Company stands at 1,579,902 ordinary shares, representing 1.95% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company, and Colm Saunders' beneficial holding in the Company stands at 34,360 ordinary shares, representing 0.04% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
