Trading Update 

OneClickHR, the AIM quoted HR software, training services and solutions provider, is pleased to deliver a trading update in advance of its interim results for the six months ended 30th June 2008 (the 'period'). The Group will release its interim results during the week commencing 15th September 2008. 

During the period, the Group continued to attract new business, signing new customers for its HR software solution HR.net together with the ongoing migration of customers from legacy products. A major property management company and a 9,000 employee international engineering services company are amongst the new clients during the period.

During 2007 the Group benefited from the purchase by Ceridian (the HR services provider) of a license to re-sell HR.net. Although there has been no repeat transaction in the period, the group has undertaken a cost reduction exercise that has resulted in over £650,000 of cost being removed compared to the equivalent period last year. As at 30th June 2008 the Group had cash balances in excess of £400,000 and remains debt free.

The level of contractual recurring revenue continues to grow. This combined with a healthy sales pipeline means the Group is optimistic that further progress will be made in the second half of 2008.
