Director Resignations

The Company announces that, in anticipation of the Company's delisting which is expected to take place on 28 July 2008, it has received and accepted the resignations of Richard Smith (CEO), William Loughrey (MD), and Karl Pott (FD).

These resignations all took effect from 24 July 2008.
