ADJOURNMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NextGen Group plc (the 'Company') announces that it has adjourned its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held at 10.00 a.m. today at the Seymour Pierce Limited, 20 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7EN, to allow the shareholders of the Company the opportunity to submit their forms of proxy as due to an administrative error certain proxies were not submitted within the requisite time period. The AGM will now take place at 10.00 a.m. on 5 August 2008.
