China Wonder (the 'Company') announces that Peter Dellar has resigned from the Board of directors of the Company (the 'Board') with effect from 18 July 2008. The Board would like to thank Peter for his contribution to the Company during his time as a director.

Following Peter's resignation, Mark Chapman has been appointed as chairman of the Board with immediate effect.

The Company further announces that following its recent Annual General Meeting, BDO Stoy Hayward LLP have ceased to be the auditors of the Company with effect from 6 July 2008. The Company expects to be in a position to announce replacement auditors shortly.
