Further Details on Potential Licensing Agreements

Following a recent press report, PAQ would like to confirm that it is currently engaged in discussions with Fobazo, a licensing group, and a number of other licensing groups with regard to image rights for PAQ products. However, to date, no agreements have been signed and the Company will update shareholders following any finalisation of those discussions resulting in formal agreements.
