Supply Contract and launch of point of sales in Mainland China

The Board of PAQ, the AIM listed leading designer and manufacturer of branded and Original Equipment Manufacturer ('OEM') 'softwear' for electronic products and accessories, is pleased to announce that it has finalised an agreement to supply a range of its products to the Suning Appliance stores in the People's Republic of China ('PRC'). 

Suning Appliance is the second largest consumer appliance retailer in the ('PRC'), with a listing on the Shenzen Stock Exchange. It currently operates over 600 stores, in 190 cities across 28 provinces, with an expectation to increase this number of stores to 1,500 by the end of 2009. 

PAQ continues to increase its market share through co-branding agreements and partnerships. The Company's heritage as a white labelled OEM manufacturer is rapidly evolving into a high-margin business, with the PRC and US markets initial targets for PAQ branded product lines.

In anticipation of the Beijing Olympics this August, PAQ has opened 10 concessions within stores in Beijing. Also, it has opened a further 4 concessions in Shanghai and other areas in the PRC. For further information on PAQ point of sales locations please visit www.paq-intl.com
