Share Repurchase

The Board of M&G Income would like to announce that on the 10th July 2008 a
further 1,800,000 Zero Dividend Shares in M&G Income were repurchased and
cancelled.

Following this cancellation, the Company's issued share capital now comprises:

Ordinary Shares 272,448,792

Zero Dividend Shares 233,614,548
