                    Secure Fortress plc wins US$4.35 million 'Sole Source' contract
                      for US Department of Defense facility in San Antonio, Texas

Secure  Fortress  Plc  (Tickers: PLUS: SCFP; XETRA: SFK) today announces it  has  been  awarded  a  US
Department  of  Defense 'Sole Source' contract valued at US$4.35 million for a  new  125,000  sq.  ft.
Intelligence Analyst facility in San Antonio, Texas.

The  contract is to supply the Company's FORTRESS secure voice and data infrastructure for all  wiring
and  cabling  of the facility for approximately 700 intelligence analysts responsible for safeguarding
US  interests  in  Central  and South America. The work is expected to  commence  shortly  and  to  be
substantially completed by December 2008.

Secure  Fortress  provides secure cabling systems to prevent unauthorized access and  mitigate  cyber-
crime  and cyber-terrorism, the fastest growing threats in the 21st century.  Secure Fortress provides
preventive  services  to  combat these threats to US government agencies such  as  the  Department  of
Defense  and  the  Department of Homeland Security and to private clients  such  as  banks  and  other
commercial companies including Washington Mutual and Millers Brewing Co.

recently obtained with other contracts from the US Government. Being granted 'Sole Source' status  for
this  project  means the Government can award us this contract without competitive  tendering  and  is

orders worth over US$5.5 million already being implemented this year, our turnover is well on track to
be up by over 500% compared to last year."
