Board changes and delisting

The offer made by Alterian plc for the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of the Company on 16 May 2008 has now become unconditional in all respects.  Accordingly, as agreed, Michael Jackson (Chairman), Lawrence Flynn (Chief Executive Officer), David Deacon (Chief Financial Officer), Vinodka Murria (Non-Executive Director) and the Rt. Hon. Francis Maude MP (Non-Executive Director) have now all resigned from their positions as Directors of the Company with effect from 9 July 2008.

David Eldridge and David Cutler have both been appointed as Executive Directors of the Company with effect from 9 July 2008.

The Company has applied to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the admission of ordinary shares of 1.0p each to trading on AIM.

It is anticipated that such cancellation will take effect no earlier than 20 business days from today's date and it is currently anticipated that cancellation will take place at 7.00am on 7th August 2008.

From this date, Mediasurface's registered office has changed to:

The accounting reference date for Mediasurface and its subsidiaries has also been changed to 31 March.

This announcement should be read in conjunction with the Offer Document dated 9 June 2008 and the announcement made on 09 July 2008 that the Offer had been declared unconditional in all respects. Terms used in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Offer Document.
