Notice of Interim Results

The Group will announce its interim results on 27 August 2008. The results will show that performance is behind Directors' expectations for the half year.

Some business disruptions beyond the control of the Directors and Management in the period have been experienced which has led to approximately 12% decline in revenues. This disruption is believed to be a one off and appears not to be getting worse, with some recovery expected in the second half of the year.

Our new Main Board Directors, Nigel Spring (Operations Director) and Roger Smallwood (Finance Director), are making real progress and focusing on improving performance.

We are also looking forward at the half year to reporting progress with our online 'eteeth' product offering.
