Directors' shareholdings

Oakdene announces that Carl Turpin, Chief Executive, yesterday purchased a further 35,000 shares in the Company at 29p per share. Following the purchase Mr Turpin will be interested in 5,639,923 shares in the Company, representing approximately 11.02 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
