 Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive, Napo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ('Napo') is required to notify the market of the following: 

  

Napo has issued 507,614 common shares during this month and therefore Napo's current issued share capital (exclusive of shares held in treasury) now consists of 54,206,383 common shares with a nominal value of USD $.0001 each, with voting rights. 

 

Napo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. holds 125,614 common shares in Treasury. 

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Napo (exclusive of shares held in treasury) is 54,206,383. 

 

The above figure of 54,206,383 common shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Napo under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
