In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Zenith Hygiene Group plc (the 'Company') advises that at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital comprises 20,703,743 ordinary shares of five pence each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the Company's total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 20,703,743.

The above figure of 20,703,743 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
