Result of EGM and Issue of Equity
The Board of New Media Lottery Services PLC, the gaming content and systems provider, today announces that all resolutions proposed at its EGM held earlier today were dully passed.
Consequently NMLS announces the issue of 249,350 new ordinary shares of 2/3p each in the Company ('Shares'), which have been allotted as detailed in the Company's announcement dated 9 June 2008.
Application has therefore been made for the admission to trading on AIM of the 249,350 Shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares. Admission is expected to be effective on 4 July 2008.
Upon admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 25,184,350 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
