HOLLYWOOD MEDIA SERVICES PLC ('HOLLYWOOD' OR THE 'COMPANY')

HOLDING IN COMPANY

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company received notification on 30 June, from Prop Trading and Investment Limited that on 16 June it had sold 4,000,000 ordinary shares in the company. Following this transaction, Prop Trading and Investments and Trading Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company is 51,336,666 ordinary shares of 0.125p each.
