TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 5p of Hydro International plc in issue as at the date of this notice is 14,251,960 with each share carrying the right to one vote. 

There are no shares held in treasury. 

The total number of voting rights in Hydro International plc is therefore 14,251,960. 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hydro International plc, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
