Cancellation of Admission

Further to the announcement made by The Capita Group Plc on 27 June 2008 in which it declared its offer for IBS OPENSystems plc unconditional in all respects, IBS today announces that an application has been made for the cancellation of admission of the ordinary shares of the Company from trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that the cancellation will take effect at 7.00 a.m. on 28 July 2008.
