DIRECTOR'S HOLDING IN COMPANY AND ADDITIONAL LISTING

DIRECTOR'S HOLDING

The Company announces that pursuant to the terms of its Executive Share Option Scheme, options over 12,500 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Shares') have been exercised by Mr Chris Williams, a Director of the Company, at a price of 33.0 pence each.

The Company was informed of the exercise of these options on Thursday 26 June 2008 which were exercised on the same day.

Following the exercise of these options Mr Williams holds a total of 57,500 shares in the Company, representing 0.40% of the issued share capital.

ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made for 12,500 Shares to be admitted to AIM. The shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company. Dealings are expected to commence on Wednesday 2 July 2008.
