Board Appointment
Independent Media Support Group Plc ('IMS'), the UK's leading independent provider of Media Access services (subtitling, audio description, signing and translation services), announces that, as set out in the announcement dated 5 June 2008, Jock Andrew Hugh Rumgay, the Company's current Financial Controller and Company Secretary, has been appointed as Finance Director with immediate effect from today. Jock Rumgay will continue to act as Company Secretary. Jock Andrew Hugh Rumgay ACA (aged 39) has served as Financial Controller of the IMS Group since 2001, having worked in the media industry and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1995.
