Change of Name

The Board of Eagle Eye Telematics plc (the 'Company') is pleased to announce that, at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting sent to shareholders were duly passed including a special resolution to change the name of the Company to Eagle-i Holdings plc.

Application has been made to the Registrar of Companies to register the change of name.

A further announcement will be made when the change of name has been registered.
