HOLLYWOOD MEDIA SERVICES PLC ('HOLLYWOOD' OR THE 'COMPANY')

HOLDING IN COMPANY

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company received notification on 18 June, from Mr Neil Mehta that on 16 June he had purchased 7,065,000 ordinary shares in the company. Mr Mehta's holding is now 12,506,667 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 24.68 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 50,666,666 ordinary shares of 0.125p each.
