Trading Update

Cpl Resources plc will announce its results for the fiscal year ending 30 June 2008 on the 5th September 2008. Ahead of these results the Board is presenting the following pre-close update:

CPL expects its profit before tax for the year to 30 June 2008 to be in line with current market expectations.
