The  Company  was  notified  on  23 June 2008 that Jupiter Asset Management  Limited  ("Jupiter")  had
disposed  of  their  interest  of 840,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at 35.5p  each.  Following  this
transaction, Jupiter no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the company.
