The  Company was notified on 20 June 2008 that Simon Davies had acquired an interest of 840,000 ordinary
shares of 10p each at 35.5p each. Following this purchase, Mr Davies now holds 1,240,000 ordinary shares 
in the Company, representing 12.9 per cent of its issued share capital.
