Appointment of Director

London, 20 June 2008: 

Nordic Land Limited (the 'Company'), is pleased to announce that, Mr Olle Harry Arnoldson has joined the board as executive director with effect from 19 June 2008.

Mr Arnoldsson, aged 64, was appointed as the Company's local advisor in February 2008 and opened the Company's local office in Gothenburg that month. 

He has over 35 years of property development experience within the Swedish real estate market, the rest of Europe and the Middle East. During this time he has developed an extensive network of sector contacts which will contribute to the sourcing of acquisition opportunities off the market and the management of the Company's development projects. He also works in direct partnership with a number of local-government bodies in Sweden.

Mr Arnoldsson was formerly a director of:

Le Village de Marques SA(put into voluntary liquidation in 2001);

Bygg-Fast Portugal;

Scan Arab Projects, Bahrain;

Scantrade Middle East E.C. Bahrain; 

IPL Steel Products Limited (put into voluntary liquidation in 1982); and

Pentab AB, Sweden.

Mr Arnoldsson does not hold shares in Nordic Land. 

There is no other information required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
