Board changes

Molins PLC, the international specialist engineering company, is pleased to announce that Jonathan G A Azis will be appointed as a non-executive director of the company with effect from 1st July 2008 and will be the Senior Independent Director. John S Allkins and Andrew Cripps will be appointed as non-executive directors of the Company with effect from 1 August 2008 and John Allkins will be appointed as chairman of the Audit Committee. Mike Steen, who was appointed a director in 2000 and who is currently Senior Independent Director and chairman of the Audit Committee, will retire from the Board on 30 June 2008.

Jonathan Azis is a director of HansonWesthouse and a non-executive director of Victrex plc. He was formerly a director of Hanson PLC and Chairman of Isotron plc.

John Allkins is a non-executive director of Renold plc, where he is chairman of the Audit Committee, and of Intec Telecom Systems PLC. He was formerly Group Finance Director of MyTravel Group plc and a director of Thomas Cook Group plc.

Andrew Cripps is a non-executive director of Booker Group plc and non-executive Deputy Chairman of Swedish Match AB. He was formerly a senior executive of British American Tobacco plc and a non-executive director of Trifast plc and of Carreras Group Limited, a Jamaican listed company.

There are no further matters to be disclosed in relation to these appointments pursuant to LR 9.6.13 of the FSA Listing Rules.
