The Company has been requested by Graham Ferguson Lacey to make this announcement in relation to the position of its former director, Jeffrey Burnige. 

The Company announced on 9th June 2007 that Mr. Burnige had resigned as a director. Mr. Burnige had tendered his resignation to the Chairman of the Company on 27th May 2008, shortly before his departure on holiday. As a result of Mr. Burnige being out of the country it was agreed that he would meet with the Company to discuss the timing of his proposed resignation on his return. Accordingly, on 6th June 2008 when the Company posted its circular to shareholders convening the general meeting to be held on 2 July 2008, ('Circular') it was of the view that Mr. Burnige remained a director and he was therefore referred to as such in the Circular.  

Mr. Burnige has not asked the Company to make this announcement.
