China Wonder announces that, on 16 June 2008, CYC Holdings plc ('CYC')  disposed of 456,667 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 11.5 pence per Ordinary Share and that, further to a disposal of 188,000 Ordinary Shares at 11.25 pence per Ordinary Share on 28 January 2008, CYC no longer has any interest in Ordinary Shares.
