The Company announces that today it purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 43.5 pence per Ordinary Share. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.

As a result of this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 15,832,155 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and 1,673,925 treasury shares.
