Cancellation update

Further to the announcement released by 2waytraffic on 3 June 2008 stating that cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM of all 2waytraffic Shares was  expected to take effect from 7.00am on 2 July 2008, the Company now confirms that, as agreed with the London Stock Exchange, this cancellation will take effect from 7.00am on 1 July 2008.

The cancellation of the admission of 2waytraffic Shares to trading on AIM will significantly reduce the liquidity and marketability of any 2waytraffic Shares in respect of which acceptances of the Offer are not submitted. The Offer will remain open for acceptances until 1.00pm (GMT) on 17 June 2008.

  

Terms defined in the Offer Document dated 19 March 2008 have the same meaning in this announcement.
