The Company announces that following the announcement made by 2JS Productions B.V. on 3 June 2008 that the offer by 2JS Productions B.V. for the Company has been declared unconditional in all respects, Mr Unico Glorie and Mr Henk Keilman have resigned as directors of the Company.
