The Company announces that, further to the terms of a sale and purchase agreement dated 1 December 2006 under which the Company acquired the entire issued share capital of Complete Communications Corporation Limited, Knight Whitehill Productions Limited and The River Studio Limited (the 'Acquisition'), on 13 June 2008 the Company issued 2,983,106 shares to satisfy the payment of a deferred consideration owed by the Company in relation to the Acquisition.

Application has been made for the 2,983,106 ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each in the Company to be admitted to listing on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market. It is expected that dealings will commence on 20 June 2008.
