PAQ International Holdings Limited ('PAQ' or 'the Company') is a manufacturer and distributor of protective bags for mobile phones, laptops and other electrical devices, which are manufactured in the People's Republic of China ('PRC') and distributed in the PRC and in many other international locations.
PAQ Manufacturing Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PAQ, has obtained 10,000,000 ordinary shares from a transfer of shares from various shareholders including Mrs. Patty Oi Chun Ng, Mr. Peter Chau Hong Ming and Mr. Kevin Chau. The shares were transferred in forfeiture of a liability of £484,804.06 owed to the company.
As a result of these stock transfers, Mrs. Patty Oi Chun Ng, formerly a substantial shareholder with 6,066,560 shares in the PAQ, representing 5.03% of the issued capital of the company, no longer holds any stock in PAQ.
The number of shares in issue is 120,516,677.
