MG Capital plc (AIM: MAP) announces that it was today advised that on 12 June 2008, Mr Charles Fowler, Managing Director, purchased 2,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 24.5 pence per share.

Following this dealing, Mr Fowler holds an interest in 165,177 ordinary shares in MG Capital, representing 3.4 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
