Grant of Options

Oakdene Homes plc ('Oakdene' or 'the Company'), the

housebuilder, announces that it has granted an option to subscribe for 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company to Robert Boot, Finance Director, pursuant to the Company's unapproved Share Option Scheme. The option was granted on 11 June 2008 with an exercise price of 35p and is exercisable from 11 June 2010.
