A notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of Alltrue Investments Plc will be held at 10:30 am on 26 June 2008 at Finsgate, 5-7 Cranwood Street, London, EC1V 9EE.

The Notice of AGM, a Form of Proxy and a note confirming that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the period to 31 December 2007 will follow shortly under a separate mailing, have all been posted to shareholders on 4th June 2008 and are available on the Company's website www.alltrueinvestments.co.uk.
