Holding in Company

The Company was notified today that, on 28 May 2008, Pennygold Trading Supplies ('Pennygold') acquired 1,900,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (the 'Ordinary Shares') in the Company. Following the acquisition, Pennygold has a holding of 9,574,373 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.56 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
