Norish announces that it was informed today of the purchase of 5,363 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.25 each by Norman Hatcliff, Managing Director of Norish, at a price of 45.5 pence per share on 22 May 2008.

Following this purchase of shares, Norman Hatcliff is the beneficial owner of 17,603 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.21% of the Company's current issued share capital.
