Annual General Meeting

The Board of Just Car Clinics Group plc ('the Group') announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all of the resolutions set out in the notice convening the meeting dated 3 April 2008, including the approval of a maiden final dividend of 1p per share, were duly passed.

During the meeting, David Hickey, the Chairman, made the following statement:

'The first four months of 2008 have seen the continued growth of Just Car Clinics with increases in turnover on both a like for like and overall basis. The Group continues to seek suitable acquisition opportunities.'
