Notification of major shareholding

The Company received notification on 14 May 2008 that Brewin Nominee Limited, acting as custodian for Standard Life Trustee Company Limited, holds 6,666,666 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.05% of the issued share capital.  The voting rights are attached to shares held in Standard Life Self Invested Personal Pension Scheme RE. D1009581000. The notification arises from an event changing the breakdown of voting rights.
