Issue of shares

NextGen announces that it allotted and issued 13,333,334 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company, credited as fully paid, to Oakley Securities Limited as part of the consideration for services provided by Oakley securities Limited to the Company. As a result Oakley Securities Limited has an interest in 15,833,334 ordinary shares. Application has been made for these 13,333,334 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to take place on 22 May 2008.
