                              EXERCISE OF OPTIONS                              

Copper Resources Corp ("CRC", "the Company") announces that options in respect
of 41,940 common shares in the Company have been exercised. Accordingly, these
shares were duly issued and allotted on 14th May 2008.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these common shares
to be admitted to trading on AIM on 20th May 2008.

Following this exercise, the total number of the Company's shares currently in
issue is 85,952,961.

In addition, there are 1,265,206 options which remain outstanding.
